Arcade was the only son of a man who was both incredibly wealthy and a high ranking member of HYDRA. His father hoped to groom him to take a place of authority within the organization, but he despised his sons childish fixation on toys, resulting in an abusive childhood. By the time of his sons 21st birthday, the father decided that since his son did not want to take part in HYDRA's affairs that he would cut off his sons trust fund. In retaliation, the son planted a bomb in his father's car and killed him, setting him on a path of murder by becoming a independent assassin, adding to his already vast inheritance.

At some point following the wide dispersal of into the planets ecosystem, Arcade was effected by the revealing that he was in fact. After emerging from his stone cocoon, Arcade came to realize that he had gained the power to manipulate technology in various ways. This power at first was impossible to control, and any civilized area that he was near suffered severe blackouts or worst. Within the span of several months, Arcade would learn to control his powers and use them to attain the kill rate he had so desperately been craving.

Powers and Abilities Edit

  • Technology Manipulation: Arcade can create, shape and manipulate technology and technological constructs, computers, robots, hardware and other devices that can be termed as "technology". Manifested as a special form of electrical/telekinetic manipulation, a special form of "morphing" which allows physical interaction with machines, or even a psychic ability that allows mental interface with computer data. Arcade can control the flow of intricate machinery and can allow them to assemble or disengage their programming at will. Can operate most technology just by touching or looking. A variation on Electricity Manipulation, Arcade controls specific electrons and instructs them which items to engage or disengage. Some users may even be able to use the electric impulses to gently control smaller metal parts.

Abilities Edit

  • Genius Intelligence: Although he has no superhuman powers, Arcade has a genius level IQ and a natural aptitude for mechanics, architecture and applied technology. A brilliant and self-taught designer, Arcade applies his talents to the construction of machines of death which he uses to his benefit.
