The Big Wheel
Jackson Weele was a stunt driver who was recruited as a test pilot for the Wheel Bike created by the Tinkerer. When the Wheel was done he traveled around through means of the giant wheel. Hence the name Big Wheel. After His defeat at the hands of Spiderman he was sent to the raft to serve life imprisonment for theft and Murder charges however he was broken out by A.I.M and was given an even deadlier wheel that could scale walls twice as fast that could be submerged in water and even roll on the bottom of the river he was outfitted with laser cannons machine guns and smart missiles and was made out of adamantium he was recruited into the Sinister Six initiative by Oscorp
