Blue Ninja is the ninja who weilds the Nunchucks of Lightning and a member of the Avengers. He is Jay Walker, the son of the late Warren Walker, the actor of Fritz Donagan raised by his father's oldest brother and sister in law Ed and Edna Walker.

Jay uses a Flail and Nunchucks of Lightning, but he may be skillful with many other weapons, though these are his favorite weapons.
