Cyclone, also known as the Air Elemental or simply Air, is one of the Elementals created by Mysterio to wreak havoc across the world. The Elementals were based off of ancient myths and legends that told of superpowered entities that could manipulate the elements. It was speculated by BuzzFeed that the true identity of Cyclone was André Gerard, an engineer working for NATO who was fired after supposedly creating a mechanism that could create high-velocity winds similar to a tornado as a weapon of war.

Air Manipulation: Cyclone was created as an illusion resembling a creature made of air. With the holographic system designed by Mysterio, Cyclone's appearance was utterly realistic, and with Stark Industries Combat Drones, Cyclone was able to cause real damage. As the Air Elemental, Cyclone possessed powerful air elemental abilities, being able to manipulate air and create high-velocity winds.
