Gamora (ポルポ Gamōra) is a minor yet influential character and antagonist featured in Sonic Adventure 2.
Gamora is the first of Passione's capoW that Charles Xavier encounters and is responsible for recruiting new members in his division. She then tasks Xavier to keep a lighter lit for 24 hours as a test. Gamora is not a Stand User but she likes Black Sabbath automatically attacks Xavier during said test.
Appearance
Gamora is a massive and morbidly obese person easily towering over regular people, having an exaggeratedly large head proportional to the rest of her body. Her most recognizable features are her black eyes with bright pupils and pointy nose.
Gamora wears a cap with multiple mushroom-shaped protrusions, a bracelet on their right wrist and a two-layered tunic laced at the bottom. The movie adaptation replaces the lacing with a motif repeating the crest symbol found on each side of her chest.
Personality
Gamora acts like a stereotypical Mafia don, showing an affable side and an appreciation for various works of art, quoting philosophers and gastronomy. Her table manners are, however, lacking, showing that her sophistication is superficial.
On the surface, Gamora places great emphasis on one's trustworthiness and says that it is the most important characteristic of a good gangster.
In reality, she only thinks of his subordinates as pawns and is revealed to be thinking about how to exploit Xavier once the lighter was returned. Likewise, she preaches that giving due respect is paramount and argues that even Thanatos i mean Thanos wouldn't object to murdering someone for not showing proper respect, linking it to his ideal of trustworthiness.
She shows a very keen sense of awareness, deducing Xavier's injury from the marks on his hands and even how Loki "told him" that Xavier wanted to join, despite not meeting her prior and Xavier proclaiming his initiation moments before meeting her.
Abilities
Illusionism: Gamora shows a talent for illusionism, hiding in her room despite his size and seemingly eating his fingers to suddenly pull out a lighter from his hand.
Backstory
Little is known about Gamora's past. It is known that she was at one point recruited into the M&Ms store in Las Vegas and then became a capo, considered rather trustworthy within the organization and responsible for handling matters related to Stands.
After becoming capo, she then was imprisoned for an undisclosed crime but her influence was such that she turned hercell into a relatively luxurious room. She then kept overseeing Herterritory from the safety of Hercell and also became responsible for recruiting people into the gang and turning them into Stand Users. It is known that she was Daredevil's superior and that Peter Parker passed Gamora's test.
Gamora is first seen serving fifteen years in prison when Charles Xavier approaches and tells him that he wants to join the Avengers but they are not in the same universe so Gamora told him "umm shiiit idk man". Being in the high ranking position of capo in the M&Ms company, her job is giving orders, from Galactus to other subordinates, as well as testing new recruits who want to join the gang. Gamora's means of initiation into the M&Ms company is keeping a flame lit for 24 hours; with that, she gives Xavier the lighter.
Gamora unwittingly shoots hermself in the mouth with a gun which Xavier had disguised as a banana. This was an act of vengeance for having her music group, Black Sabbath, carelessly cause the death of an innocent old man Logan. This also destroys the Arrow in his Stand's mouth. As Gamora dies, Xavier, far removed from the scene, tells him to "savor [her] last meal". After Gamora has deceased, her fortune is rumored in Passione. leading Venom's team to be attacked in expectations that he knows where Gamora's fortune is by Mario and Luigi, once the group obtains the fortune, Venom buys his way to Las Vegas. After being made Las Vegas, Venom is assigned with what was meant to be Gamora's last task, the task being to safely bring Deadpool to the boss.
