Ahmet Abdol, was a SHIELD agent who had suffered serious injury during a HYDRA attack. Afterwards Ahmet suffered from severe blood loss and unless he recieved blood from a donor he would die. Apparently Ahmet had -AB blood, and the only other person with that blood type in close proximity was Daisy Johnson. Fearing the results of Inhuman blood but willing to save his life, Quake donated her blood to Ahmet.
He later recovered after a few months of physical therapy, and began to take Fish pills during his meals. These pills having been exposed to a Terrigen leak, placed Terrigen Mist in Ahlemt's system, and because of the transferred Inhuman gene now within him, Ahmet began to change into a Inhuman. Realizing he had the power to control and manipulate comic power, Ahmet began to see himself as a demigod calling himself the Living Pharaoh, and began a cult around himself.After SHIELD intervened and the Secret Warriors drew Ahmet off, he was recruited into Magneto's Brotherhood and offered a chance to be seen as a god among fellow titans. However after witnessing the power and worship that Apocalypse drew from HYDRA, the Living Pharaoh chose to serve the Eternal in his quest for the strong to thrive.
Powers and Abilites[]
- Cosmic Energy Manipulation: As the Living Monolith he had the ability to emit cosmic energy as blasts of concussive force from his eyes. Abdol could only utilize his mutant powers as the Living Monolith and could transform into the Living Monolith only when cosmic radiation was channeled into his body through a focusing medium.
- Energy Absorption: The Living Monolith has been genetically altered by splicing his own genes with those of the Inhuman Quake. This modification allows him to absorb large amounts of cosmic radiation.
- Energy Blast: Although Quake has a different power entirely, the different powers among Inhuman's is what gave The Living Pharaoh a broader range of powers. He is able to project energy as intense heat, a concussive force, or sonic vibrations. Stored energy also affects his physical form - increasing his size, mass, strength, and resistance to injury, and granting him an indefinite lifespan. Although there appears to be no clear upper limit to the amount of power he can absorb, it is also possible to overload his powers
