The Underground Liberated Totally Integrated Mobile Army To Unite Mankind, better known by its acronym U.L.T.I.M.A.T.U.M., is a terrorist organization inspired by the Flag Smashers and made up of followers from various countries around the world. Members believe nationalism is an unnatural, destructive concept that has divided humanity into hundreds of isolated factions and wish to establish a one-world government without artificial borders. U.L.T.I.M.A.T.U.M. is dedicated to abolishing the concept of nationalism in order to bring about world unification through the use of terrorist activity against governments, institutions, and other symbols of nationalism, while supplying arms to various subversives. As they see it, they are trying to make the world a better place by eliminating the irrational differences by which people of different countries separate themselves.
